BOM Wani branch still live in their own world. They won’t bother about customer convenience and satisfaction. For simple work, one need to visit multiple time due to lack of their employees skill. Efficiency is also low. Digitisation and customer satisfaction should be the focus for top bosses(if you are reading the review).
Non-co-operative staff! Saw the lady be rude to a senior citizen who was ahead of me in the queue. When I tried to do a normal deposit, I was given directions to visit another branch. JUST FOR A NORMAL DEPOSIT. Feels like customer is hassled, and not helped here. They need to be trained better in treating customers well.
So special third class service staff behave very rude and Bad specialy sub staff and clerical
