Very bad customer service very bad I wanted to open account in icici bank but after seeing the rude behaviour i open in other bank the service is worst very bad icici wani
Very bad customer service. They don't even have the biometric scanner for KYC verification. And, branch manager just ignored this issue saying "this is technical issue we are not responsible for this,visit other branch".
