I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the rude and unprofessional behaviour of some staff members at the Bank of Maharashtra, wadi Customers visit the bank with trust and respect, but the staff’s attitude and way of talking are unacceptable. Instead of helping politely, they behave in an unfriendly and careless manner, which creates a negative image of the bank. The Bank Manager is requested to take immediate attention to this matter and guide the staff to treat every customer with respect and patience. Good customer service is the foundation of any bank, and such behaviour can damage the bank’s reputation. I hope necessary action will be taken and customer service will improve at this branch.
Branch timing is 11o'clock & as usual as uther govt bank branches they are just doing favour by doing their work.
Not good bank no one help us and no one hear our complaint I want to close my account from this bank branch just because of staff behavior towards customer.
