State Bank Of India,Wadi Branch is a Government Bank which has been newly shifted near Gurudwara. The Bank Officials and staff are helpful and co-operative here. Most of tasks like getting a new passbook, updating any information,etc.are completed in half hour to 2hours depending on rush and crowd. The early morning 9-10am time,the rush is less and one can complete their work in minimum time. Apart from that, passbook printing,and money disposition is done in ATM cabinet. They are easy access.
SBI is the most useless bank ever. Rude staff. I was sent back the first time when I went to update my kyc. They said that my Pan and Aadhar were not linked even when I literally created my Pan card using my Adhar card. After I went back in a month, they accepted my kyc documents. They took the money that I wanted to deposit in my account but it didn't reflect in my account because my "KYC" was not updated. If they were unable to add money to my account, then they should have said so instead of taking the money.
I have taken car loan from this branch.desk staff Mr Prashant Rao Harrassed to purchase SBI LIFE Annuity plan engaged an agent to call me daily 5days .
Worst branch of SBI I visited till today. The staff is unbelievably slow and have no customer centricity. Pity that this kind of behavior further degrades SBI image
