Staff is uneducated Small work also takes time here Nobody wants to work here each and every staff is for show Very rude speaking staff
Generally takes a while to get things done even when most times customers are very few and full bank staff is present. Most of the staff are quite slow in doing their duties. Had a tough time on a couple of occasions while changing the account holder's name when they didn't carry out the changes properly and had to visit the branch several times to rectify the problem.
Submitted application for new account 10 days ago. They said account will be opened within 4 days. After ten days i came to the Branch and after 30 minutes of research they informed me that account is not opened yet. My form is still there on the table. Kindly improve the services.
Very poor service as compared to private banks. Till date unable to provide tds certificate. I am unable to file my it return. Every year we are facing same problem. Private banks provide the tds on quarterly basis.very unhappy thinking of withdrawing all my fd.
Third class employees, third class service, third class attitude towards customer, lazy and pathetic people working in the bank.....never ever open your account in this branch!!!!!! Disappointing....🤬🤬🤬
