Central Bank Of India (Trimurti Nagar Branch) lacks basic professionalism and customer courtesy. Staff behavior is rude, unhelpful, and often aggressive, with long waiting times and poor guidance. Customers are spoken to disrespectfully, and the overall environment is stressful rather than service-oriented. Even non-officer staff members display unnecessary arrogance, creating a hostile environment for customers. There is one lady officer who appears professional at first glance and is seated separately; however, interactions with her have been equally unpleasant and discourteous. Visiting this branch has become a stressful experience, and many customers feel provoked rather than assisted. I sincerely request the higher authorities to personally visit the branch, review CCTV footage if required, counsel the staff appropriately, and take corrective action, including staff reallocation if necessary. Higher authorities should intervene, review staff conduct, and take corrective action

Worst Bank and staff. Non cooperative, No ethics Zero Professionalism. All ladies staff are always doing Gossiping whenever we came. My Pregnant wife is standing from 45 min still there is no cooperation. Government should hire some Responsible workers for better service.

The Central Bank of India Pratap Nagar Branch is by far the worst bank I have ever come across. The staff here are extremely rude and lack basic manners when dealing with customers. Their arrogance is on another level making every interaction frustrating and unpleasant. It seems like their primary focus is gossiping about their personal family matters rather than assisting customers. They speak so loudly about irrelevant personal issues that it feels more like a fish market than a professional banking institution. The way they look at and treat customers especially those who may not appear wealthy is absolutely disgraceful. They behave as if they are doing us a favor when in reality, it is their duty to assist. There’s a clear lack of respect, empathy, and professionalism in their behavior. The staff constantly create unnecessary hurdles, delaying simple tasks, and often put extra work on the customer for no reason. To make matters worse, their equipment, especially the printing machin

Its is the most worst bank ever i have seen in my entire life, its more worst then SBI too.. People here are waiting since hours and thr bank employees just chill out in AC, i have taken the photo myself of sleeping employee... The cashier here it Gutkha while seating on his placeand when we ask something he will not respond and just say things by hands, the Server is never working of themen the application is down since frim more then 4 months, whether you ask for KYC update or the bank statemnt, they will either not have papers with them to print or theyy will say cime after 1 day or next. Worst ever.... Pathetic stafff ....
