Pathetic service provided by the staff, they are returning new customers saying that new accounts can be opened after lockdown, it means if lockdown continues till one year they wont open new accounts. Which gr published these rule dont know. Totally bad service .......i didn't have choice of zero star otherwise i would have given them 0 stars.👎

Really bad experience, especially the staff working currently does not co-operate with almost anyone, even if you are the only one in the bank they'll say you, "sit, I'll call you when the your work is done", I mean why can't you just do it instantly as the work does not the require any special intelligence, some of them are busy on their call with relatives their closed ones, there's no harm in calling and gossiping but you should not do this during your working hours and if you want to fill any kind of form you'd probably ask the staff where to fill what details and if you ask them, then it is going to be your one the biggest mistakes of your life, they turn arrogant really fast and this not based on my single visit besides this is based on my 3 visits!!!, these government banks must have feedback website or complaint website so that the customers can report the unfair practices and the staff gets transferred or removed ASAP

Bank Manager doesn't show interest to talk to existing customer . Not really satisfied with staff and manager service.
