My mother is a pensioner and had taken a personal loan in May 2022 from your branch. Now in August 2025, we have requested a loan top-up, but it is being rejected saying a loan is pending from 2015-2016. If that is the case, then how was the 2022 loan given? Staff is unhelpful, misbehaving, and always absent from the branch. Please investigate and respond in writing.
