I must express my extreme disappointment with the service provided by Bank of Baroda. My recent experiences with this bank have been nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I stepped into their branch, I was greeted with indifference and an overall lack of professionalism. The staff at Bank of Baroda seemed disinterested in assisting customers and displayed a complete lack of knowledge regarding their own banking products and services. It was as if they couldn't be bothered to address my inquiries properly, leaving me feeling frustrated and ignored. The process of opening an account was needlessly complicated and time-consuming. The bank's paperwork was disorganized and poorly managed, resulting in unnecessary delays and mistakes. Not giving any proper service to Customers .that employees are not even interested and dedicated for their work ..asking to do same process for new passbook again and again.

Nitesh kumar sir (chief manager) is truly a gentleman ! What a great personality ! He personally handles and manages things though being on the top position Very honest and down to earth !

Very incompetent reluctant staff. No proper banking facilities available. WARNING do not even think to open account, specially PPF account, otherwise you will definitely think for suside or murder of bank staff.

Not good service. Staff not customer friendly. ATM & pass book printing machine regularly out of order. Security guards sleep inside the ATM. Needs improvement.
