The branch is very good for customer service and staff behaviour of better, they are asking to any issues with the branch customer over all the better for banking services i am happy with the branch thanks.

Staff was very rude they don't have any manners how to talk with costumers. In stad of provide solution of any problem they manipulate you with different solution. I called on help line number to solve my problem and they provide me a solution and then i went to the brach with the same solution the branch manager don't take any interest in the problem and they didn't have time to talk with you and after many attempt i told him about my problem with account they told me that "we don't have this type of facilities" And went away. I told him that "i got this information from help line number!!" Answer given by the branch manager is "they are lying to you" Wrost BOB Branch ever!!

Girl who work in this branch named as parul, she dont know of how to speak and deal with customers.. She hardly earn 25k but have attitude like she earn 25 lacs.. I must say BOB shall give communication skill development training to such a poor girls so they can know how to behave with customer. #Shame

Bank process was verry slow, usually ATM was’t working , Staff are Not responding well with costumer. Communication was poor.

Too Much Queue As well Very poor Service Just For Open New Account It Takes 2 Hour.
