Very slow at service Not at all welcoming Staff is very slow and inattentive Waiting time to deposite money in your own account is at least half an hour
Very supportive and customer oriented staff. Even attended me during their lunchtime. Good knowledge about credit and portfolio management. Will surely ask for their advice on investments. Moreover, BOB's digital initiatives are world class.

I am also a Bob customer staff behaviour is too much rude before closing 1 to 2 hours they were all staff shutter down & everytime passbook atm , withdrawal atm , deposit atm & Ac not working every time so improve its must & priority to customer is always right so think about
