Bank of Baroda Vasna Road Branch (Baroda City) 11 Shivalaya Ii Vasna Road

I am the owner of DAWLA GLOBAL, and on 4rth November 2025, I visited Bank of Baroda, Vasna Road branch, near Raneshwar Mandir, to open a current account for my newly registered firm. I submitted all the required documents, and within just one hour, the entire process was completed and my account was activated next day. What stood out the most was the professionalism of the staff. They were polite, well-organized, knowledgeable, and handled every step with clarity and responsibility. For any client, such professionalism builds trust and confidence, and this branch truly excels in that. The seating arrangement is comfortable and customer-friendly. However, a little improvement in cleanliness would make the environment even better. Overall, I highly appreciate and recommend this branch of Bank of Baroda for its efficient service, professionalism, and client-focused approach.

Worst service, they pretend to be so busy, they do not even make an eye contact, they do not have a basic customer service care to atleast ask them what's the issue, instead they just walk away. Really worst customer experience, better to shift to other private banks.

Excellent service bya entire staff of BOB vasna Branch.. I went to open savings and current account and within couple of minutes it's opened.. Efforts made by Shikha madam ; Mr Jitendra sir and Nitin bhai is very much appreciated. Kudos to team BOB vasna branch

There is not a single bench or chair for elderly people. I am very disappointed with the Vasna branch's service. Also, their staff misbehave with customers. BOB's service is very bad & Poor.
