Very poorest service....... I regularly deposit cheque at branch Akota , Gotri, Elora Park they credit on 2nd day .....but don't know about this branch why they doing tooo late to credit

The staff in the bank is giving rude answers, they do not know how to behave with the customer, first they get a call from the bank itself that if you want a loan then come and now when you have gone to take a loan then they say bring the person who called, the customer would have little idea who called, this is a Bhayli village area, people are not very educated here, so please bring such bank staff who can make them understand peacefully.🙏

worst bank of vadodara No proper way to Respond to Customers Highly unskilled staff, No manangement No Atm working.. No printing machine working... No Response from customer helpline.  Asking charge of 11k+gst for just account statement.   i don't recommend to anyone.

Ajay meena behavior not good.Today I visited for kyc after years worst experience. I asked simply my Bob word app doesn't working no satisfied ans by speciay ajay meena he doesn't belong service industry like this.. This people make psu bank standard low . . Branch manager doesn't see this 😂😂

The debit card ran out in 2020 as it was COVID we didn't visit India until 2022 November and asked them to close our account as they were not interested in us having the latest debit cards. We personally visited your bank on 03.12.2022 and requested for our account to be closed and our funds to be transferred to my other bank. The reason for closure is we were not getting the customer service. On the day your systems were down - 03/12/2022 - were told they will transfer our funds within 7 days to a bank where we gave them all the details. A reminder email was sent to your bank on the 7th and on 14th December to which we are still waiting for a reply. We were provided with the receptionist and manager's phone numbers which is never answered!! Please avoid to use BOB as there is no such a thing as customer service.
