Worst Service ever. Staff is very negligent. One female staff was very arrogant and rude. She was like she's doing favor on costumers. Moreover, she misplaced our original documents. Now staff is finding it like he's finding diamond. Very bad behaviour from the lady staff. Now got to know she got transferred to pune. Now she'll harras pune people. Being costumer of this branch is like punishment. We hold account in Bank of Maharashtra, SBI, India Post Bank. They give excellent service. Anyways, this low rating was only because of that lady. Current staff is very helpful. Sr Branch manager is very helpful and cooperative.
Not very pleasant place to stay for longer than 30 mintutes.
It's a main branch of bank of india but it's don't have those facilities and place which a main branch of bank required although it's a main old branch it lags in facilities of service
Bank is good and workers also till experienced but today it's very bad experience there is no worker in the bank for DD preparation when it's urgent. They directly said DD can't be prepared for next 15day. And one mam didn't given a single reply
Ladies staff is very poor is not eligible for bank I will give Zero star to this Bank
