I am extremely disappointed with ICICI Bank’s handling of my accounts. Without proper consent or prior notice, they placed a lien and started deducting money from another ICICI account that is not even linked to my credit card. This is highly unfair and causes unnecessary financial stress. Despite contacting customer care, I only received generic responses with no real help or resolution. It feels like the bank uses its “right of set-off” without considering the customer’s situation or even informing them in advance. Transparency and customer service are completely lacking here. A bank should support its customers, not unilaterally block funds from unrelated accounts without proper communication. I would not recommend ICICI Bank based on my experience.
Worst experience ever .... They don't allow washroom for ladies...even we requested the watchman..but he denied us
Well really good atm....cash is available 24 hrs and staff is also good
Worst ICICI branch, I visited 3 times just to change mobile#. The staff is not knowledgeable and don't work like working in private bank sector.
Good service, co-operqtive staff. ATM offers cash most of the times.
