Worst service. Ridiculous experience. They opened a demat account without my consent and charged AMC. The staff was ignorant and became unresponsive when I reached out to them to enquire about the same.
Worst branch .. branch manager is not entertaining. Rest staff is simply deninying to resolve the issue . SBI is much better
Great service! Kudos to Geetanjali Chawla. And Naseem Khan. We were being given a run around for 7-10 days, by various other banks (govt and private) to simply open a NRO/NRE account. This bank and this branch did that in minutes. Their clarity of communication, transparency and customer obsession set a very high bar, compared to all the banks we dealt with in our trip. Thanks
