I waited 40 minutes even though there were no customers. I wanted to open a bank account for the worker, and in the end they said we don't open accounts for workers.
The service is extremely slow. The waiting time is over 45 minutes. There are too few staff members. The remaining staff take more than half an hour to serve each customer. There is no express service counter. There is no receptionist.
