I expected much better from this bank ; they have a HORRIBLE Exchange rate if/when you use your debit card 💳 to pay in a foreign currency like USD. And even more frustrating ; that after more than a month of opening a business checking account and requesting a simple login for my account’s digital banking platform; despite my multiple reminder and follow up calls ; they still have not provided me with my login details. I would NOT recommend anyone to use this bank. I wish I read the reviews myself before dealing with them. Lastly I have to say that the branch manager at Seeb was a kind and respectful gentleman; I just wish everything else mentioned was better.
