Excellent bank with very good services. A distinguished branch and friendly staff. I thank Mr. Bader Al-Adwani for his service to the customers.
This is exhausting. I have to go back multiple times. Every time I can't find the employee, they say it will take an hour and take my number, then they never call me back. I have to go back again to see if the employee is there or not. In the end, I always have to go to the Adailiya branch to complete the transaction after canceling it at this branch.
Excellent welcome. Unfortunately, the service is cold and slow, and there is no sense of respect for the customer's time. I have been waiting for 20 minutes, even though there are no customers.
