Amazing bank with great customers service.
The system and reception are good, but the lack of experienced staff is a drawback.
The worst customer service. The receptionist was extremely unhelpful, and there was only one employee handling all the visitors. Young men and women were coming and going, and it was like a non-Islamic bank, just like the National Bank, unfortunately.
