I opened my first ever bank account in Commercial Bank of Kuwait. I remained with the same bank for 40 years which shows my satisfaction in dealing with this bank.

Convent and quite location.
There's only one employee serving the ground floor, the wait is long, and the service is unfortunately unbecoming of a well-known bank.
One of the worst branches I've ever been to. If I could, I wouldn't even give it a single star. Commercial Bank is definitely not my choice; if it weren't for work commitments, I wouldn't have opened an account with them because of this terrible service. One of the worst branches I have visited; the customer service is extremely bad. The bankers have no professional way of managing, dealing with, or even speaking to customers. Absolutely no professionalism! I definitely would not recommend it.
