Boubyan Bank Opposite of Main Co-op Abdullah Al Mubarak Al Farwaniyah Governorate

This location has a pretty bad customer service and it’s pretty bad. I went in there to get a bank statements and this guy who is kinda white and skinny told me that there is a charge per page. I told him that i came before and told me that you go to the copy around here and get and we will sign it . This time this dude said we can’t accept a copy out side the bank , and it has to be in the bank. He wanted to charge me 25.00 kd which around 60 dollars for 25 pages. Anyway, they gave me numbers to see a banker and guess what he told yes you can bring an outside copy . I went to the copy shop and got the bank statement and guess what!!! They signed it for free. I highly recommend avoiding this white skinny dude and he js about 5’6 ft

Good location but serve their costumers only

The branch needs employee training.. It took an hour and a half to open an account for me.. I go to the employee.. He talks to his mother on the phone 😂😂 and he pulls me.. The receptionist gives me information.. And when my number came after an hour and a half, the employee says the information is incorrect.. Where are Boubyan management going 👎

The branch staff are extremely cold. It took exactly one hour to wait, just changing a signature is impossible.

To be honest, their service is excellent, but most transactions take a very long time at the office. The process should take ten minutes, but the employees take much longer, which reduces individual and overall bank productivity.
