Worst bank in Kuwait. Bad attitude and unprofessional, especially the Branch Manager in Salmiya Have now cancelled all banks for US citizens. They try to cheat you with exchange rates from the US and their support staff do not know their jobs. Half the phone numbers no longer work from their website. Don't expect American level professionalism, courtesy, or honesty if you deal with this loser company. Go to NBK instead.
Very bad experience with them. Paid 5 kd to get a paper done as they said in 4 business days. After 3 weeks I did not even get the paper
