They don't protect your against any type of fraud even if you met thier dispute form ...then no one calls for feedback when you call customer care they ask you to go to your branch then you wait 2 hrs without use then you call customer care again and they told you no you should go to city centre branch...then you go another 3 hrs of waiting then they explain to you they can't do anything and it's your mistake because the website you buy from is connected to another website Ok fine...end of story ..No Another guy from customer care calls you and says if you are not happy we can investigate but if the website says its not fruad we will charge you another 100 qar And am here trying to find another islamic bank who teart expats with respect at least So don't go Dukhan and find a normal bank because thier job is to protect the merchant not you
