After facing a little miscommunication problem. I got a kind phone call from the “Relationship Manager” who immediately solved it. I really realized that they are keen to help their customers and listen to them. Actually, these issues are the main reason for insisting to be one of CBQ customer since 2002. Kindly accept my appreciation.
To open company account and own account... service so bad No more comments thinking to open other bank
Really sad service may be they only want premium customers
Waiting time for a premium lounge will take you from 1 hour to 2 hours. Not recommended
One receptionist assumed (based on my appearance?) I’m not part of Sadara and repeatedly informed me to go to other branches.
