The branch is in in the extension part of the mall near Starbucks & a great ambience. Staffs are very courteous & helpful. You'll definitely enjoy banking through this branch.
Boubyan Bank is one of the best banks in Kuwait, and this branch of theirs in 360 Mall is open from 10 AM to 10 PM, even on holidays.
Today I visited the Boubyan branch in 360 Mall. It was a distinguished branch. The employees were respectful and helpful. The branch manager, Mr. Abdul Latif Khaled Al-Najm, was kind to the customers and tried to get them out as quickly as possible. It was a kind gesture, to be honest. Mr. Abdul Latif should be thanked for it. May God increase the number of people like him. I also extend my special thanks to Mr. Fahad Al-Azmi and Ms. Fatima Othman 🙏🏻
One of the best Islamic banks in Kuwait in terms of the diversity and development of its services. The bank's app is one of the best I've used, and in a short time, it has branches in most areas. The only drawback I noticed is that the staff needs more training.
The worst branch in Kuwait: an hour and a half wait to open an account and no respect for the queue.
