Doha Bank - Al Khor Branch Zone No. 74 Street No. 390, Building No 90 Al Khor Coastal Road

Worst ever customer service at Al Khor branch. Service executives including Branch assistant manager are very rude. They keep on talking with other customers unnecessarily which cause delay to others. There is no seating space for more than 4 persons inside. After waiting outside on street for more than 30-45 minutes they simply deny for service.

Never ever open an account in alkhor Doha bank.. Avaerage waiting time morethan hour. When i visited all time 2 agent will be there but one will be busy with administration work and hardly attend cuatomer. And remaining 1 will be attaending the customers but it will take min 30 min for each... There will be 10 to 15 waiting. Today only one agent available and she is dealing with all... Would like to give 0 star google doesnt support

This is the Al Khor branch of Doha Bank. My friends have spoken about how frustrating their service can be sometimes. The thing they complained about the most is the below average customer service experience. Almost all of them had to wait for 30 minutes or more to deposit money.

I think they dont bother abt customer, only one guy working keeping everybody waiting. Commercial Alkhor is best.

Try to assist customer instead of making them to run for money. The peoples working in branches are not helpful at all specially in Salwa & Al-Khor Branch. Try to improve customer service & educate your staff of document requirement to open account
