I visited the branch to complete the essential process of updating my national address on my CBQ account. The customer service gentleman I was directed to handled my request poorly and displayed a rude and unhelpful attitude. He asked me to open the mobile application to complete the update. As I was experiencing a temporary lack of mobile data, I respectfully requested access to a Wi-Fi connection or a hotspot to proceed. He simply refused this reasonable request and, in a rude manner, instructed me to leave and "come again" later. This refusal of basic technical assistance, which prevented me from completing an important banking transaction, resulted in a pathetic and unacceptable service experience.
Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a bank CBQ Al khor branch. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional, especially the lady officer. Instead of helping customers, they act as if they are doing a favor just by listening. I had a very small issue that should have been solved in one visit, but even after going there three times, I received no support at all — only disrespectful and arrogant behavior. This branch completely lacks customer service and professionalism. I will never recommend this bank to anyone in my circle after such a terrible experience.

I had a disappointing experience at this branch. The staff member Mr selvam who assisted me was not attentive and did not provide the support I expected. I felt my questions were dismissed, and the overall service came across as unprofessional.
The worst place to get a service from. There are no employees in the branch. There is only one employee who does everything. When you contact the branch manager, what can we do? We only have one employee. Wait an hour and a half, and all of this is for two customers. So if you want to do something at the bank, take a day off from everything because the bank is literally the worst place to get a service from. No one comes to this branch.
