I tried putting zero stars but its not an option. The only prompt and professional service I endured was the opening of the account. Thereafter, it was nothing short of a mess with an unlimited series of administrative and service errors. If you have a business, and need an account/bank where you need to have professional service and assistance and are active in making transfers this no doubt is a bank you need to avoid. Account officers do not respond to enquiries, and don't even acknowledge the messages sent. They will say that they are working on the issue. Ofcourse, most of the account officers and even the branch manager, consult a different department, via email, which you can expect to take from 3 days to 2 weeks for a single enquiry. They themselves don't have the experience to respond directly so it becomes a waiting game. When complained to the branch manager, he simply noted that they are not obliged to respond to the Whatapp or acknowledge messages. Meaning, we are suppo

Bad location, no parking spaces for customers. One has to be humiliated in the street and has to file a ticket to visit you.

Boubyan Bank Qibla branch is dedicated to serving corporate and employee clients.

It is located near Al-Mubarakiya Market and its services are excellent.

The staff is a bit difficult, but the people are extremely respectful and cooperative.
