I finally able to get the right assistance from Hamad. Though I jump from 3 different branches, he finally requested what I need and even goes beyond and above to assist me because his system was down by calling one of his colleague to place the request. He told me he will call me as soon as he get the validation. At least, I know that I have to wait and I don’t just go to different branches knowing that I will get it immediately contrary from what other branches told me. He even told me, whichever branch I should go must assist me and place the request which I did not able to get even from their Head Office. He did call me after 30mins!☺️ That’s the best customer services!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻I finished everything in an hour including the travel time!🙏🏻 Now I know why you have the highest ratings from other branches. I said maybe you could help sorting my issue and you did! Thank you. They are all very friendly too!❤️
