1/5 stars Shocking experience at this branch. The account opening representative's (sitting near the entrance gate) behavior was appalling and unprofessional. Having worked in international banking, I've rarely encountered such rudeness. The lack of respect and courtesy is unacceptable. I've already brought this to the attention of another bank representative, and I hope they take necessary steps to improve their staff's behavior and customer service skills.

Avoid; especially if you're a Western expat and want to avoid major headaches switching banks later. Overall, all consumer banking within the country is lacking in comparison for both features and customer service but DB is way behind the partially state owned QNB. - Wait times 30ish minutes during beginning of morning at this branch; good luck if trying CityCenter or other popular Doha Bank branches. You might even get turned away 1-2 hours before the scheduled closing time due to the wait being so long. - Interacted with a nice associate there when initially setting up, but very lackluster and borderline rude service any other time, especially at CityCenter. - Unlike other banks where you can print checks from ATM, DB has to print the checkbooks for you to pick up...then you'll have to wait 45 minutes to see someone to just sign for your checkbook. - Similar with debit card pickup vs QNB that issues a debit card right on site. - Web interface for online banking will take you bac

I love this store. Good prices and you can find whatever you need for your house. Kitchen living room bedroom bathroom electrical items lighting carpets etc

Customer service should be improved with good communication skilled staff

Very poor service from last 5 years, no one picks the call in customer care many times.
