The location and parking of Bank Dhofar is good but in management some people Are non-experienced.This is my personal experience because my ATM was found after 2 months.
This bank services is too pur or very durty services . I think crazy type .. people just waiting and waiting and waiting for there ticket numbers.
I'm seriously frustrated with the customer service I have done 2 transfer to India and it's been past 10 days till now amount has not been credited..if we call customer support always not getting proper support .. worst bank please it's my humble request don't open any account with this bank...
Most of the employees are not nice with expat customers Unhappy
Customer service is not very good for expats.
