CBK Ajial Branch — Very disappointing service. I was assisted by the man at the front desk today, and the experience was extremely unprofessional. He seemed irritated from the start and spoke to me in a rude, dismissive tone. His attitude came across as agitated, impatient, and lacking basic customer service skills. As a client, I expect to be treated with respect, especially at a bank where professionalism should be standard. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. I would not recommend this branch based on today’s experience.

Always had good experience with CBK The best thing is that they have 24 hours of service for withdrawing and deposit of cash and cheque through their smart machines Mobile apps are very easy to use and simpler They also have 24 hours of customer service I love the most is that you can get most of your work done from your home, whether it's a service request or other query without visiting the branch Everything is easy to accessible online or through customer care

Need to talk properly with costumer So disrespectful behavior

I have had plenty of bad experiences in kuwait with banking but this particular branch has crossed all of it. 2 guys sitting out there are so bad both are just sitting there and does absolutely nothing. My card was ready and the CC infotmed me and when i visited the staff was like CC people are dumb and know nothing. I don't know who hires these type of people. Trash staffs.

Very rude and borderline racist. It seems that they are there to cater to a certain section only. They have no proper information and tell you to do this and that in order to avoid working. Very bad experience. I don't know if its the same for all Tijari branches but they need to teach customer hospitality to their employees.
