I would like to express my gratitude to Alanoud from the customer service department at DFC branch. She was exceptionally pleasant and knowledgeable in her role, and she provided me with excellent assistance regarding my needs.
Your service is getting bad day by day. I'm seriously thinking of moving to QNB or Doha Bank. Yesterday, I went all the way from Doha to this branch, as your app showed this was less crowded. My wife wanted to activate her credit card (again why we have to visit to activate???) Your policy says it'll be activated after first salary. She got more than 3 or 4 salary now. Anyway, the Filipino lady staff (didn't get her name as we were there for only a minute) didn't accept us saying she needs physical QID. We requested her to consider Metrash QID but she was adamant that she wanted the physical QID. Why? Please tell me what difference it makes? In these digital age, why are your staff acting primitive? Even the way she greeted us was "Yes". No Salam, No good afternoon, what is this? Don't call this "customer service". This should be renamed as "customer harassment"
On September 5th at around 3:30 PM, I visited the Commercial Bank branch to withdraw money at the counter because I needed a multicurrency transaction. I took a queue number (508) while the screen showed 507. However, the display system remained stuck on 507 even after that customer was served, and no new numbers were being called. During this time, a customer approached the Assistant Manager claiming to have an appointment. Normally, appointments generate a reference number and customers are still required to take a queue number upon arrival. She had neither, yet the Assistant Manager directed the teller to assist her immediately, effectively skipping my turn. At another counter, after serving a client with ticket number A505, the teller was instructed—again by the Assistant Manager—to serve a family without any queue number at all. This showed that customers were being admitted at his personal discretion, while those of us with proper queue numbers were left waiting. When I raised
