QIIB festival branch Doha Zone 70

I recently visited the bank to open a new account and was left waiting for 40 minutes. Despite arriving early, I watched several customers who came after me get served first due to a priority system for existing customers. Feeling undervalued, unwelcome and frustrated, I walked out without opening an account. I hope the management improves their customer service to ensure all customers feel respected. For now, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

They just beat themselves as the worst bank experience you could ever had.. literally it take 50 minutes for a queue of 4 customers in 5 representatives employees branch .. Unacceptable waste of time and the massive lack of professionalism lead me from applying for a service to consider shifting my bank account to another decent bank. I really wish there are less than a star to rate them

If I could give this bank less than a star, I would! This bank is like 10 years behind compared to other local and international banks. I would advise everyone I know not to open an account with u, and will close mine soon as well. Why in the world does it take so many days to access my account through the app? I have been unable to transfer money or do anything for more than 2 weeks now!! Ridiculous

YOU SHOUD BE WRITE PUBLIC BANK ITS TEMPORALLY CLOSE REALLY SHAME.i traveling with taxi to here 30 min and bank it's closed

The worst experience ever! First they block my account when I was outside the country just because they needed me to update the information and entire trip I had no access to the app. When I went to their bank in Doha Festival City I waited one hour and a half to get my turn and the employ were accepting people which numbers has already pass which is not right! When we raise a complaint to the Branch Manager on this mater (Qatari Nationality) he refused to even listen and was more rude and loud then any other person on that bank at the moment! I don’t know how can he be responsible of managing bank when he can’t manage his own employees! Such a shame! We are canceling all our family accounts we want to have nothing with this bank in future!
