I’m very impressed with the excellent service I received from the bank! The team assisted me quickly and efficiently. Everything was handled in no time. I don’t usually write bad reviews, but I feel I have to for this one. I visited this branch to open a credit card more than a week before travelling. The man at the counter reassured me that it would only take a couple of days. A week later, I still hadn’t received any message confirming approval. When I called the customer service line, I was told to visit the branch again to speed things up. After visiting, they approved my application and promised I’d be able to print the card within 24 hours. It’s now been 48 hours, and I still haven’t received the message to print my card. I’m now travelling and unable to take the card with me. This experience has been extremely disappointing — the staff at this branch seem very lazy and careless about their customers’ time.

I have seen many 1 star reviews and now i understand why. The waiting time is long and only two counters operating it took forever so i decided to leave. This is not a professional branch. On another note their other branches like DFC are operating very efficiently

Please fix your opening schedule. You cannot say you close at 2:00 PM and be closed at 1:00 PM. This is very unprofessional and now you lost a client.
