The waiting time is too long for a simple transaction or service!
Nice experience visiting this branch with self automatically machines with create our account itself with in few minutes.. And ATM on same time.. I like this facilities very much.. Staff is friendly and professional helpful for our daily works and request.. Bisb is well know bank in kingdom of Bahrain with various branch's and service round the clock
Extremely poor customer service 3 counters are available but only one is taking customers. It takes over 40 min to deal with 2 customers. Service should be greatly improved.
I had to visit the branch 5 times for a simple transaction, while other banks are moving everything online. Choose another bank to save your time!
Very slow service team really for 5 customers tooks 1 hour. Need employee speed of service
