Really disappointed about the customer service?? ❌❌❌ Who put that rude and unprofessional ladies to serve as customers service?? Im also a lady and these two ladies specially who is wearing the glasses in 5th counter is very aggressive and talks very loudly and behaves like the manager of the branch ❗?? Whos the manager of this Jid ali branch and why not taking any action towards them? I have read many comments regarding the bad customer service from your team, and not only me even my friends has noticed the same from these lady You better put these ppl in a corner where they not meet people in working hours, these ppl are not Suite for customer service ❌❗ My whole day is finished with this kind of negative ppl, please take actions @manager of Jid ali brach

Very good customer service. Had a bad experience from isatown branch and had go behind it for 2 weeks and the problem was solved from this branch within hours.

Really bad really disappointed about the guys who setting in the counter. I went so many times there to get service from them❌❌❌ they don’t know how to talk to people nicely ❌ They don’t give good service to the customer I’m not recommended this bank to the people very cheap they behaviors . Don’t recommend this branch they are not polite to people ❌❌❌ and they don’t give correct information to ten people they said ten different informations if we apply for a service they must need give to same informations ane same services for the customer but they gave ten people ten informations about same service. I wouldn’t recommend this branch to the people it’s time waste only ❌❌❌❌ you will never get a service that you want from this rude customer service
