The branch is incredibly busy, yet only two out of three tellers are operating and only one out of three customer service desks are operating as well. With a heavy flow of customers, the branch should ideally accomadate by having all the desks operational. Truely a disappointment. I've been waiting at the branch for almost and hour and still havent been served. This was not the first time.
Very bad customer service I spend almost an hour and they are still assisting one customer. The second customer service personnel is working on his pc!
Only one customer and you have to wait long time. I don't understand
