Poor Experience with Coin Deposits We regularly deposit our daily sales at BIBS Bank, but they never accept coins. Every time we visit, the staff say their coin counting machine is not working. It’s been the same issue for a long time, and they don’t seem interested in helping or finding a solution. Very disappointing service for business customers who deal with coins daily

This comment is for Maryam yusuf Albader. She is not suitable for customer service, she doesn’t know how to talk to a customer. We should be respected, we are the customers. If she doesn’t know, what customers are, then you guys should teach her. That’s why am closing my account.

I am shocked both at their output and the quality of their customer service. I used their dive through to withdraw money, when I received a torn money note with a missing part. I was lucky enough that the branch was open, so I went their to change it and to speak to them. I told the young lady at the reception she changed put the blame on some company. I went to the branch's manager, greeted her, told her the issue, she would'nt even bother to raise her head and look me in the face, she told me I will speak to the company no apology nothing. Imagine if someone needed the cash urgently at a time when the bank is closed what would have happened if received an acceptable torn money note like I did!

I'm behind 22 clients waiting for the customer service. I hope to do something toward this repeated issue. I would suggest to benefit from the (Remarkable) online service application to do some services such ad requesting an offecial Bank Statement and other services.

This is almost like our family bank since my sisters, brothers, mom, couzins etc all have their accounts in BisB 😂 and I am one of their long term vevo customer ✨ Love the facilities and options offered by them such as vevo itself which is like a student bank account or Tejoori (for savings) etc. But recently they have shut down a lot of their branches like Gudaibiya, Manama souq etc which had made me go all the way to their diplomatic branch when wanting to deposit or so! :( Other than that, all good 👍👍
