Very bad service. The important thing to say is that the train tailor service is very bad and the transactions and transactions are very slow. If you are at the counter, there are not enough staff, it is very difficult for other people. This kind of problem is only seen at KFH's Muharraq branch.
Very bad service only 1 staff in customer service on Sunday had to wait more then 2 just to open account Staff were not professional at all Security was not polite at all
I have been driving around for more than 30 minutes to deposit cash in an ATM!!! In 2024!!! The ATM in Seef Arad is out of service and this ATM, I kid you not, has the screen buttons out of frame! So you practically cannot use it!
