Today I submitted salary paper in Budaiya branch counter, number one customer service by mistake I submit a Nbb Form And later I go back to him within a half hour I told him sir by mistake. I submit you wrong paper and then he Bring the paper and Destroy the paper front of me Is this the service they are giving to customer?

Very convenient and Fast service
They have some of the rudest and laziest employees I’ve ever encountered. If you’re not at the teller within 2 seconds of them calling your number they talk to you condescendingly as if you’re a stupid child.
Best Bank in Bahrain but only problem for minimum 20 BD need to keep in account. This role problem for some people.
