Very good customer service. Not very crowded.
Two hours waiting to give them your ID details. Worse part they have closed the online application so you go the bank and give them the details. Very bad services. I have closed my account in the bank. Very frustrating. They can not get organised and also not listing to the improvements. You need to wait for two hours for such small service that can be done in some other better way The only thinking they have we are the bank you need to follow the process but they can not think how make this process better.
Great bank nowadays giving a lot good offers on car insurance and loans.
