Today had a very BAD morning with the customer service in NBB, Exibition road, Her service was not in a professional way, actually I got very RUDE answer from her, while I was conveying my issue (card struck in ATM), I’m shocked on her reply before I complete my elaborate, “NO NEED BIG STORY” “ YOU CAN REQUEST BY APPLICATION “ (no one) I wouldn’t expect this From NBB, customer service department replies NO NEED BIG STORY..😂.. Happened today 9th February 2025, 8:20 to 9:00 AM

Pretty remote but no waiting. Visited ATM when I stopped for gas
