Very bad customer service. You have to wait for 30 to 40 minutes for one customer to finish with the customer service staff. This is by far the worst service in any bank in Bahrain.

I’ve applied for a loan twice and the service has been excellent on both occasions. Maryum from the loan department is incredibly helpful, always cooperative, and professional. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend their services, especially with Maryum’s support.

It's 2024, and this bank still operates like the 80s. One customer service employee, one always doing some pending paperwork, two other who just vape outside, and I never ever saw the branch manager supporting them when there are long waiting lists (since the opening of this branch). The website and app always show errors when submitting. Even when i tried submiting a complaint, I've got an error. I've been to many other banks, and they are motivated, attentive, and disciplined. In my last two visits, I waited for 45 minutes, and only 3 -4 customers before me, and i left because i have a life to live. I just want to close my account and get my money, and that also looks impossible.

Suggest for every one don’t take AUB credit card, worst service and even main branch manager Mr. Adil and supervisor Ms. Fatima are not helping and rude behavior. I requested to cancellation since 2 months still they are not cancelling, they said you will receive a call but still no any call back. My all banks records good, never late any payments and their is no any payments due with AUB. Every thing is clear. Best service provider in bahrain is standard chartered bank and HSBC bank.
