I have Bank accounts in all major banks of Dubai, but ADIB is my favorite, not just because of the offers they have for their customers, but because the client relations people are outstanding. My go to guy at Sheikh Zayed Road Branch is Mr. Mustafa Hamdi, He would go an extra mile to help the customer, staying within the bylaws of the bank.. So I really admire his work and ofcourse I love ADIB.

I am really disappointed with the handling and speed of the Home Finance department. My mortgage process has now been ongoing for more than a month, which is significantly longer than expected. At the final stage, an error was made in thename on one of the cheques. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the correction has now taken four days, despite being informed that the standard timeline is maximum three working days. At the same time, the down payment amount has already been debited from my account. It is very concerning that funds are processed promptly, while documentation corrections are significantly delayed. The entire process feels unnecessarily prolonged and poorly coordinated. This experience has caused avoidable stress at a critical stage of a property transaction. I would appreciate urgent attention to my case. Application reference: 3810454 I sincerely hope this matter will be reviewed and resolved promptly.

I’m very very happy with the services provided by Morgan Ghassan Ekhlasi at Sheikh Zayed branch. He was very knowable , timely mannered and very polite and helpful. He managed to open my account in less than 10 minutes and also helped me to add Apple Pay on my phone . I really appreciate it and recommend him to all my friends and family . The male receptionist was extremely unhelpful and impatient when I asked for assistance. Despite waiting for nearly an hour after taking the token, he dismissed my concern by stating, “What should I do if you come at the closing time?” and did not allow me to explain. I appreciate the lady sitting beside him, who was courteous and guided me to the correct office. However, the receptionist showed a clear lack of professionalism and courtesy.
