had a very good experience at FAB Bank – Dalma Mall Branch. The staff was professional, cooperative, and very helpful throughout the process. Special thanks to Mr. Vinu Singh (Assistant Manager) for his outstanding support and guidance. He handled my case very efficiently and made everything clear and smooth. His attitude was respectful and customer-focused. I truly appreciate the excellent service provided by the team. Highly recommended branch! 👍

Extremely disappointed with the service at FAB Dalma Mall branch. My husband visited the branch multiple times regarding a cheque that has been stuck for over two months. Today, staff discussed the issue among themselves in Hindi, excluding the customer, which is highly unprofessional. They claimed the cheque was received on 26th December but was “sent back due to no contact number,” which is completely false. We have officially submitted complaints, provided our contact number multiple times, and sent several emails clearly mentioning our contact details. Every visit, we are given false promises. Last week we were told it would arrive, and today again they said “most probably Tuesday.” This exact statement was given before and turned out to be untrue. There is no transparency, no accountability, and no proper communication. This level of service from a major UAE bank is unacceptable. We are now forced to escalate this matter officially due to the branch’s repeated negligence and misle

It was soooo delay I was in branch at 08.10pm and I got in the teller by 09.40pm just to withdraw an amount of 150k I was waited nearly 2hrs. So I feel that it needs to be improve. Also I got denominations for 50,000 dhirams like 50 and 100 after I requested for 1000 s but it make us bad. Please do some update and improve the customer time thanks. My counter number was 02 and token number T145 Thanks And mr.mazin abdulla is attend me and cleared my requested denomination also the branch manager too.. thanks

In this Bank ...No solution 1 day i came for solution from 235km from Ruwais...he checked and he told me come with Passport.. Once i reach again he is telling i can't do any things...you need to visit the other branch....if i need to other branch then why he is telling come with Passport...this joke. My duty in night time and i plan to visit the bank 2 time but very touching hurt he say very easily go other branch...Dear Fab Please take serious action why without study i can suggest anything... 1st day Counter no. 5 and second day counter no 6...in dalma Branch Date 02-01-2026 times 18:20 Thanks Fab

I visited the FAB bank branch at Dalma Mall due to a concern I had. The customer service representative, Mohamed, acted within his authority and directed me to the Assistant Branch Manager for approval. Mr. Vinu, the Assistant Branch Manager, courteously asked me to wait. Although he was unwell and requested that I keep some distance, he listened to my concern and recognized that the issue resulted from an error by the digital FAB team. Without any further discussion, he instructed Mohamed to resolve my issue and send the approval request to the Branch Manager. This reflects true empowerment, which FAB Bank demonstrated through its team. Congratulations to FAB management for empowering staff to assist customers and resolve issues promptly instead of imposing charges when the fault lies elsewhere. Kudos to FAB for this approach. Continue these practices to strengthen your reputation in the highly competitive banking market.
