Shocked and sooo disappointed to found out my account blocked all my ATM cards blocke , all online banking blocked, called 800 as Im *priviliged* customer , couldnt file a complaint!! All that just because they didnt receive a ( form) that ive submitted 5 times one time through my account manager..so shocking to have hundreds of thousands if dirhams and cannot access ypur own money that you earned very hardley.just unimaginable and unacceptable .

I have been waiting here for last 30 mins. Pathetic customer service. Three customer service cabins for accounts but two of them not working. Customer are lining up and waiting but they are care free. One of them wasted 10 mins before saying she couldn’t issue a card and sent to the next cabin which already have two customers waiting to be attended.

As an Emirates Islamic Account holder, I tried to deposit money at the deposit machines(5 nos) but cannot due to error, I went to NBD branch they told me deposit to account can be done through machine only and suggested to use the machine, I told them I tried and there is some error they asked me to use the next machine, again they told me 5 machines available and try on all machines.... upon telling them the fact that I tried all machines they told me there is some error on machines for emirates islamic customers and they have addressed to IT earlier.... So they knew machines are not working but they did not want to inform customers.... pity and poor bank...

Very bad experience from the personal banking section... One Tamil ( Indian ) person, he do not give the proper advice or customer relation, just fire these types of idiots from your firm

There are other 3 ATM in the middle of the mall Deposit and withdraw
