I recently visited for an issue that seemed almost impossible to resolve, but the Customer Care Executive, Mr. Abraham, handled it with exceptional attention and efficiency. Wonderful service by Joanne Camacho. I wanted to get my ID verified as a requirement of a loan I applied in HSBC Australia. When I visited HSBC head office at Emaar Square, the offier had no clue as to what to do & directed me to this branch. I came here by expecting the same result. However, to my surprise, officer Joanne did the process so quickly and within 30 mins the banking officer is Australia has even received the verified ID copies. Hats off. Thanks a lot.
