A branch with 2 employees on counter. A huge waiting line approximately 30 to 40 minutes, zero customer service. A have no idea how they are surviving in the mall branch with 2 employee and 2 security person who are managing huge crowd. It looks like their time is important but customer time is not, it reminds me some undeveloped country where people have to wait hours for small things. Not recommending for persons whose time are very important then waiting in line.

I have been here to open an account. I had all the documents required to open an account in Emirates NBD as mentioned on their website. The guy who served me, asked for an additional document called the "job contract" which is not mentioned on their website. Obviously, whoever gets a job has a contract. Secondly, he asked questions about the job which is none of his business. He's not here for an interview for the job appointment. He made me feel like I have done something wrong. It seems like he doubts the authorities issuing these documents. I overall assume that the behaviour was due to the ethnicity. It was a kind of racism.

This branch is unbelievably bad, horrible and unprofessional! Visited this bank today (17th Nov 2022) The staff are incompetent. Made me wait for 2 hours and in the end the Indian guy who was sitting on counter 10 told me that I can’t open a bank account because the salary certificate I provided doesn’t state the website on top of the company letter head. This particular staff was so RUDE and not very helpful at all. He only told me to open a LIV account via online! Clearly doesn’t want to do his job!! The lady security who was on duty that time was hiding behind the desk SLEEPING! Or when she’s awake, she’s on her phone!!! How can a bank employ someone who’s incapable of doing their proper job. I thought Emirates NBD is one of the best bank in UAE but I am completely wrong. CHANGE YOUR STAFF and put a knowledgeable person who’s fit to work in a bank. Piece of advice: Prepare to WASTE your time when you go to this branch! I’ve wasted 2 hours for NOTHING!!

No staff in branch, only 1 lady attending clients with huge gap inbetween with personal calls on her mobile phone. It took more than 2 hours and still my number did not appear. Many blank tokens inbetween but no quick callings of follow on tokens. Never expected such a bad banking experience, especially from ENBD.

Burjuman Branch specially the employee name Sameer Khan is so rude and not helping me at all. Because of him I had to pay penalties even if I already gave the check to close my credit card last October 22, 2022. He did not process my request until I raise a complain! It is November 14 now and my request is not closed and they made me pay overdue and penalty fee even if I gave them the cheque on Oct. 22! His Manager called me once and told me he will sort it out and will call me again BUT i never heard from him again. Whenever I called customer service they are saying under process. This is the WORST BANK. The employees are unreliable and rude.
